Perfume Safety Guidelines

To use perfume safely and enjoy its benefits, follow these guidelines:

Safety Precautions:

  1. Avoid sensitive skin: Don’t apply perfume to broken or inflamed skin.
  2. Avoid open flames: Keep perfume away from fire, flame, or heat.
  3. ⁠Avoid swallowing: Never ingest perfume or apply it internally.
  4. Avoid over-spraying: Use perfume in moderation, as excessive use can be overwhelming.
  5. Test before using: Perform a patch test before wearing a new perfume.
  6. Stop using if you react: Discontinue use immediately if you experience an allergic reaction.

Sun Safety:
•⁠ ⁠Be cautious in the sun: Avoid applying perfume to areas exposed to direct sunlight, as this can cause skin irritation.

Application Tips:

  1. Spray on pulse points: Apply perfume to areas like your neck, behind your ears, and wrists.
  2. Avoid hair and clothing: Refrain from spraying perfume directly onto your hair or clothing.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on the Platform are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery

  • Products ordered will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • ⁠In cases of high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email or telephone call.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with delivery details and updates.

Receipt and Signature

  • Deliveries to residential or commercial spaces require a receipt signature for authentication.
  • We take no responsibility for shipments signed by alternative persons.

Delivery Attempts

  • Maximum of 2 attempts will be made on the date of delivery to deliver the Product at the indicated address.
  • If delivery fails, the order will be cancelled, and refunds will be made as per our terms and conditions.

Incorrect Address

  • We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  • In case of an incorrect address, the product will be returned, and refunds will be made as per our terms and conditions.

Damages and Claims

  • All claims for damages must be reported to customer service via email at customercare@indielife.in within 24 hours of order delivery.

Shipment Charges

  • A shipment charge will be paid by the customer for each order.
  • Exact shipment charges will be shown at the order checkout page.

Product Storage

  • Upon receiving the Product, please store it under the storage conditions mentioned on the back of the pack.
  • No replacement or refunds will be done for quality loss or damages if the Product is not stored as instructed.

 

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

  • Pursuant to the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 the Company shall acknowledge the User complaint within 48 (fourty-eight) hours of receiving such complaint and shall on a best effort basis resolve the User grievance within 1 (one) month of receiving such complaint. The User can track the status of the complaint by calling on the number provided to the User along with the ticket number generated at the time of lodging such complaint
