Why Opened Agarbatti Packs Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of agarbatti (incense sticks), we are unable to accept returns once a packet has been opened. This policy is in place for the following important reasons:

1. Hygiene and Product Integrity
Agarbattis are fragrance-sensitive products that can easily absorb external odors, moisture, or contaminants once opened. To ensure every customer receives a pure and untouched product, we cannot restock or resell opened packs.

2. Fragrance Experience Cannot Be Standardized After Opening
Fragrance perception is highly subjective and can be influenced by storage conditions after opening. Once the seal is broken, we cannot guarantee the original scent quality or consistency.

3. Risk of Damage or Alteration
Opened agarbatti sticks are delicate and can break, bend, or lose fragrance strength if not handled or stored properly. This makes it difficult to verify the original condition of the product.

4. Quality Assurance Commitment
We maintain strict quality control standards. Accepting opened products would compromise our ability to ensure that every item delivered meets our brand’s quality promise.

5. Fair Usage Policy
This policy also helps prevent misuse, such as partial consumption of the product before requesting a return.
